I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attended Park School. I then earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in cinema studies at Oberlin College.
After graduating from Oberlin, I attended University College London, and was awarded a Master of Arts in philosophy. My Masters dissertation was on epistemic counter-closure. I then taught as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Baltimore County.
I am presently a graduate student at King's College London. I specialise in philosophy of science and epistemology, although I dabble in metaphilosophy, argumentation theory, probability theory and philosophy of religion.
I presently work as a research assistant at Philosophy and Medicine and as a GTA for King's College London.
I volunteer as an assistant editor for the British Journal for Undergraduate Philosophy, a journal published by the British Undergraduate Philosophy Society--I help edit and format all articles for publication in LaTeX. I was the technical editor for the book, Descartes' Meditations, Bro, an accessible (humorous) translation of Descartes' Meditations by Tommy Maranges, aka Philosophy Bro. More than $30,000 was raised to self-publish the book through a successful Kickstarter project.
